All products sold by ShopAdopt are digital goods (Roblox Adopt Me accounts).

All sales are final.

Once valid account information has been delivered and confirmed working, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The account information provided is invalid, or
  • The account is banned within the 10-day warranty period due to our fault

Issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery and must include clear proof.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer mistake or change of mind
  • Bans caused by buyer actions, sharing, or misuse
  • Failure to secure the account after delivery

Chargebacks or disputes without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
